A good quality 600-650W is enough. nod.gif Like Seasonic S12II 80+ Bronze 620W RM299.
I've not heard your current PSU.. hmm.gif I'd suggest you not to use the R9 280X until you get the PSU.Also, your CPU may cause bottleneck. wink.gif

hello Minecrafter, sorry bothering you. I have one question. I just bought Sapphire R9 280x Vapor and Seasonic S12II 80+ Bronze 620W just now, but when reach home suddenly i felt like changing it to a Modular PSU, i didnt use the S12II yet, just open box and take a look. Is there any other brand for modular psu recommended other than the one you're using right now which is the M12II-520? Like Corsair or Antec? Thanks biggrin.gif

dun think u need 16gb ram setup

So next time if i wanna upgrade it will be like RAM > SSD > GPU?
Becoz when the time i buy, the sales person (viewnet) said better go for 16gb ram, 240gb ssd and add another cooling fan..
no idea whether he just suggest me a better spec or wat..

A couple of simple questions.
1. Is two 2.5 hdd lighter than one 3.5 hdd?
2. Is i3 4150 enough for rendering?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, two 2.5" HDD is lighter than one 3.5"

Not recommended. Rendering is all about number of cores and threads. The more you have, the faster it gets.
