[WTA] Need suggestion,want to build my first PC

Budget : 2.7K (not include Monitor and Case)
Purpose : Graphic Designing & 3D Rendering
Softwares that use frequently : 3D software (Autodesk Maya,Cinema4D), After Effect and other Adobe Collection

Is this GOOD or BAD match?or any other better suggestion?

Hi, I got some question to ask. Lets say, if I want to put 2400mhz ram memory on motherboard that support maximum up to 2133mhz memory, what will happen?? For the long term, does any problem will occur??

For games like BF4 and Watch Dogs,it's better to get Xeon E3-1231 V3 or i7 4790 or the i7 4790k.
Due to the fact that most games from 2014 are utilising them cores.
It'll run at the speed that the motherboard allows to(The max speed).

lace,one of the low profile coolers i know is Noctua NH-L9i RM169.IdealTech is selling them at RM169.

sometimes i felt a bit regret didn't go for oc setup instead previously...feeling like to throw money for i7+z97+970

You can't fit tower cooler on ITX case.
Xeon is slightly slower than i7. Only difference is slightly slower speed and no built-in GPU.

Almost everyone goes Intel and Nvidia when it comes to graphics or 3D rendering.
