I reloaded 12.08am (no voucher) didn't report the issue.
Reload again 5pm (got voucher) after read the forum. I accept double-reload because I'm active Grab user.

I rmb i have 2 vouchers before Feb top up reward.
After today topup, seems like one voucher in the earlier reward been knock out from my account. Somehow, i could not see it from my rewards history

The Grab/TnG anyone tried same HSBC card with two different Grab/TnG accounts?

I did it.
Did several times for Grab, so far no issue.
For TnG it got risk getting ban the specific card for future reload, but it can be unlock after details justification given to Customer Service.

Does Touch n GO still offer rebate for HSBC card topup today?

make sure the account is verified and you are safe

yes if the different accounts are not verified then Grab can ban them easily if they are used on the same phone

Received RM15. Interesting thing is, I top up two tng account using the same card, only one acc has the cashback
