Anyone receive the HSBC TnG RM20 cashback for the month of May yet? I did my top-up at 1st May 00:04 but have not receive the cashback yet. Quite late this month.

I tried calling on last thursday night near midnite, waited for 1 hour like you, then i gave up.
The next day, tried morning around 9am, 945am a CS responded.

PS - my CIMB mastercard CC also kana this morning.    But i was amazed with CIMB CS hotline, waited only 5 minutes then they responded. Immediately blocked my cimb cc card and they will send a replacement within 7-14 working days.

Like many here, my card also kena unauthorized transactions. So far 2 transactions.

Called customer care and nobody pickup. Online chat answered by bot without resolution.

I had temporarily blocked by card using HSBC app. Not sure if it help. But the step is:
Home > view more > manage cards > temporarily block this card

From the tnc , this block function should block new transaction that fraudster may used until customer service is reachable. Those recurring payment etc will still Jalan.

Got an sms indicating a trx of rm100 was declined. Previously I have  temp blocked my cc via hsbc app, so it seems to work. Managed to get CS pretty fast, at first he said since trx declined no need to get replacement, but i insisted to get it changed since it was a Grabpay trx which i didnt initiate. Need to wait 5 working days for the replacement card.

Just called to cancel my HSBC Amanah Cash Bank Card & HSBC Visa Signature. Phone pickup very fast. The officer keep asking what's reason. I just told them lots of fraud cases in HSC cards and don't feel secure to hold. The officer keep saying that this not happened to HSBC but to other banks too bla bla bla. Therefore proceed to card cancellation over the phone. Very smooth process for less than 10 minutes.

I redeemed a total of 8 scoops today with 2 cards and 4 visits at 3 outlets in 2 malls lol, of which 2 visits I brought a friend so I only ate 6.

I saw someone redeemed 2 with 2 cards and the banker said can redeem 1 per card too not per person but I let my friend hold my card anyway. I also overheard the banker telling the couple in front of me that you can come back later and repeat as today is the last day. Probably they have allocated a redemption quota and it is underutilised.
