Generally and consistently sold off in the lower floors. I always thought people want higher floor to have the penthouse feeling...or is 40th floor too high for liking?

higher floor more expensive

so the "cheapest" sells the fastest for WS3

within this type 1 layout, there are usps though the very limited units are all sold out..

if you look at the layout, you can see that there is no place to dry clothes..my fren who rented out her
WS2 has the same problem so tenant just improvise by hanging clothes in the wet kitchen..if the family is small
should be manageable but if big family a bit tricky - either use dryer or send to launderette..

also layout not rectangular or squarish..one of the br at a very odd angle..

actually so many diff layouts in this WS3 - really pening going through all of them..

am also surprised that there are people buying the highest floor - ya you don't get someone on top of you but its so darn hot

Go download the layout from their website. Shape of one of the rooms is a lil uncommon but overall ok

now only i notice Room 2 has direct access to toilet but not room 3 doh.gif

the shape ok la.. Room 3 is after all still rectangular though I wonder if the area 'pop out' can sustain heavy weight or not? any idea why they design like that?

I like the walk-in wardrobe section of the Master Bedroom, though might need to extend the length.

I also like the segregation of Master Bedroom from Room 2 & Room 3, additional layer of privacy by enclosing the corridor with a hidden sliding panel.

Master bedroom also has only one window. Is that big enough for ventilation?

Take the big balcony type for maximum air ventilation.

The balcony is actually quite small in WS3.
