Ocp is closer to the lake but it is also close to the upcoming mosque. No doubt ocp is better than ws3. Seems like the next launch is next to ws3.

i hope they slow slow now, drag for 1 year, then only accelerating and completed in 60 months so that on one hand less progressive interest during construction period and on the other hand give me 10% LAD to buy furnitures and touch-ups

LAD of 10% is massive. They will not let that go...

Usually ahead of schedule. Ocp ll handover by 37th mth which is 5 mths ahead.

taikor, of all the highrises in dpc, which one is the most value for money?

Dun think got high resell value but still Ws2 buyers making some gd money. Old condos having beta margin as the launching price is lower. Most new ones r sold with UT.

Rental wise is challenging.
