Ocp is closer to the lake but it is also close to the upcoming mosque. No doubt ocp is better than ws3. Seems like the next launch is next to ws3.

OCP looks nice from front....however, from Zenia, the car park seems huge and not so nice. Are they going to do something to cover it up?

Usually ahead of schedule. Ocp ll handover by 37th mth which is 5 mths ahead.

Dun think got high resell value but still Ws2 buyers making some gd money. Old condos having beta margin as the launching price is lower. Most new ones r sold with UT.

Rental wise is challenging.
