I hope so too. Very fascinated by the process of changing a stock car into something awesome. Bought my first upgrade yesterday in the form of bearings for my wheels. Very nice. Now will focus on upgrading the insides slowly. I'm a bit confused about what to get eg: What kind of bearing do i put into my counter gear? a 620? a normal bearing? of what size? rclxub.gif

Hopefully I can kumpul all the questions and ask you fellers instead of shooting one by one la. Seems like my car is headed towards some kind of speed setup. We'll wait and see how it goes la LOL.

Would recommend you to know which format to begin playing first

1. Semi speed
Expensive initially, not bad in the long run

2. Speed
Cheap initially, expensive in the long run

MYR to YEN looks fine to me, and from what I heard YEN is also hanging low compared to other currency.

I prefer to
Play semi speed, semi tech, lane change for more challenge, full speed seems less challenging imo.

no no no. dont get me wrong. I didn't take it personally la wink.gif
just that in my opinion (some one whom actually played speed before), speed is really really difficult. rclxub.gif

1. you need to have the best motor tuning skills
2. your battery has to be perfect (for open battery races). not just talking about discharge, charging, and break in. but I'm also talking about battery's performance (consistency), temperature (maintaining 1.58V at a decent temperature) etc.
3. perfect wheelshaft. the slightest crook in a wheel shaft is a no go
4. rims must not wiggle.
5. smooth 620's all round
6. smooth 830's
7. bearing spacers must be fresh. or at least allow bearings to rotate smoothly
8. chassis cutting skills (if you choose to)
9. chassis must also be good and sturdy. old flexy chassis is a no-go too

shall I continue the list?

hope you get the idea on how difficult speed actually is. track may not be an obstacle, but your skills itself is the obstacle in speed. speed is art.
