OK just run the test - torrent had 100+ seeds with 7 leechers. At 167,100 there were over 20 seeders visible, only a few were fully established and speeds were totalling 1.6kb - 3.2kb/s, normally connected to one or two at a time. Same occurred for 10,10 - speeds no different.
Flick back on secure tunnel and back up to 60kB/s, connected and leeching from 20+ seeds.

Well then my theory is wrong then... either that or TM just changed their throttling methods. Previously when I did that I still can achieve 20k/s with international peers flowing... >_<

I guess tunnelling is the way to do it now, proxies are beginning to die now.

my speed after they "did something to our connection" even worst!..... Remaining time reaching 99:99:99 all the way.......don't know how many days or weeks to download 1GB of movies.... i got around 5kb/s and sometimes 0kb/s
