the proxy works... without proxy -> dl rate 2kBps  ...damn tmnut with proxy -> 30kBps...at least better |

i manage to get my relakks to work....n i downloaded a movie within hours....with constant speed of 40kbps+ before it was like below 10kbps....n jz now before leaving my house...i checked....both my azurues n utorrent running same time totalling speed of near 100kbps....im using rm99 package of streamyx. im quite satisfied with the 6 euros i spent last nite.

The thing about proxies are they are at best transient and you cant set and forget them. This is because the servers with fixed IPs (the proxy) mostly belong to corporations or universities/colleges who have not password enabled them.
Once any semi-intelligent admin/IT manager sees the illegal traffic going through them they will simply block any outside use. Thats why its not really a long term solution.
