But better to have a thourough study on the regulatory framework there eg the tax (stamp duty, property gain tax, VAT/GST etc), ease of transfer when as a foreigner disposing its investments, any specific restrictions on foreign investment, landlord and tenants rights etc besides just understanding the rental market.

Some wind blow to me saying merrydale 22*75 were launch...anyone to verify this?

So far abit tight up with work cannot verify this news mate...

V4-v7 of this eco majestic and visit EMSO 4-5times to only start to understand the whole township a little bit bit haha...

Own stay always has own dilemma more than investment as its not a matter of single interest but family and future too.

But if u taking in 22x75 as comparison, it weighed in more advantages over 20x75 and 22x70 but not absolute pricing.

All sizes u picked had it own advantages. But generally, I prefer 22x70.
