I only hope the lekas ramp would have finished earlier so ppl going for the end Jan concert would benefit using it. But I guess not possible.
Btw, Tender referral fee is in.

These few weeks keep on raining, shall affect the progress as well.. Now almost everyone in Semenyih also waiting the completion of Setia Ecohill Link.. Upon completion, will definitely have a better outlook to both SEH and EM project... Direct link from Lekas and skip every single traffic light along Jalan Semenyih...

Some of you may be aware that from 2/1/2015 onwards, all new consumer loan applications (incl. mortgage) will be priced using Base Rate (BR) instead of Base Lending Rate (BLR). With this new pricing framework, the loan rate will be in the form of BR+spread whereby BR is based on the bank's benchmark cost of fund and statutory reserve rate (SRR), whereas the spread is a function of credit and liquidity risk premium, operating cost and the bank's profit margin. The banks are required to publish their BR on their website and banking hall. So it's quite transparent. Append below for your reference the BR and the effective lending rate of the respective banks. (Note: effective lending rate is BR + spread.) The effective lending rate in the list is based on the scenario of RM350k loan with 30 years tenure without lock-in period for borrower with best credit profile. Attached thumbnail(s)

Yes only applicable to new housing loan. Unless you request to change your existing BLR-loan to BR, else it will be the same. However for personal overdraft facility, this will be changed to BR when it comes to annual review by the bank.
