thks for info..tested and noticed that too..even after login in in transaction mode...cannot click to select the fund....
called CIS....informed them..seems like got error....they will check and rectify....
they asked to check in later today.

Latest info as at 10.45am...
CIS called to say they found the problem....should be able to "BUY" after 1 hour at the most. in the meantime go have cup of coffee and read the business news, if you want rclxms.gif

if the amount allocated does not make much impact to the performance of the portfolio (ex < 2%??)......make it a standalone fund for ease of monitoring?

Defensive stocks?
2014 Sector Review: Defensives Outperformed Cyclicals
In this article, we examine the various sectors to see which fared well in 2014 and which didn’t.... iFAST Research Team January 16, 2015
https://secure.fundsupermart.com/main/artic...Cyclicals-10025

for those after having came back from the seminar today....and are thinking of buying JAPAN...
In this “Idea of the Week” segment, we highlight three points to investors about investing in the Japanese equity market... Fundsupermart January 16, 2015
https://secure.fundsupermart.com/main/artic...6-Jan-15--10026

Hope those that are present at the seminar are convinced of how local hwang's do the hedge and control the % to allocate into Japan..will there be a conflict if the Japanese FMs are convinced of the mkt upside but the local hwang's are not.....then how?

As for the US funds....I would wait for a correction to happens...when? I "expect" it to be after the announcement of rate hike. (currently my GEYF has abt 48% in US)
EU.....maybe next year then increase allocation...

as for energy or O&G...will leave it to the FMs....they "Should" know when to move into it.....on normal days...many of my funds had holdings in O&G...I think the amount when accumulate can be a few % of the portfolio too....

if got $$ and can wait for 1~2 yrs...buy Russia?? "IF" oil go up..... brows.gif brows.gif if their banks were to be hit next?? cry.gif cry.gif

except for Japan,....China & india are good to buy according to FSM...it has many stars.
Japan...if you believes the 3rd arrows had effects and according to the Hw FM.....YES, place some bets there,
