regarding the unit trust NAV , for eg, CIMB Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund , will the NAV on a particular date eg. 15/1/15 correspond to market on the same day or previous day (14/1/15)

The date u see is the ACTUAL date.

E.g. yesterday is 16-Jan-15, both CIMB and FSM website would have NAV price for the fund as at 15-Jan-15, fund managers usually take 1 business day to publish
*
Yea I know about the delay of 1 business day in publishing the NAV.
but the NAV on a particular date ( 15/1/15) means it is corresponding to market on 15/1/15 ?

rclxms.gif yes, this I agree...this is before and after distribution...
what about months later....RM 0.1 drop....

this is assuming comparing with another exact fund (Impossible to have, but just for comparing sake) that did not give distribution is also dropped by RM 0.1

Fund A I lost RM 2000, fund B I lost RM 1000

Kinda agree with looi ... Its a double edged sword

Why don't you try open both account? Most of the fund (Eq/Bond) in FSM SG do charge platform fee per quarterly while FSM MY do not have platform fee. Another main different is you can enjoy 0% SC from FSM SG via RSP to all funds while FSM MY charge 2% on equity fund.

Here's the latest promotion from FSM SG:
Let’s Sale Away – 0% Sales Charge On All Funds!
2015 is a year of many celebrations, where we celebrate our 15th year anniversary alongside Singapore’s 50th birthday. For the last week of January, enjoy some perks when you invest with us.

hmm.gif was curious, so I checked....
Ponzi 2.0 increase HK/China exposure by another 10% to 37.6% at the same time
Ponzi 1.0 reduce China exposure by 10% to 1.2% and is now hoarding cash at 32.6% per DEC factsheet.

--- meaning PonZi 2.0 is better?

Their administration department is getting slow. But whatever, their FM doing a good job I'm happy.
