Ive just done my braces last friday and right now I still can't chew food. Have been eating porridge continuously for 3 meals daily. Is this normal? When can I start to chew?

Do you guys know anyway to avoid next time our children the need of using braces? I didn't use bracelets before and thats because during my childhood time, as long as my teeth got a lil shaking, the symton of teeth dropping, my mum will pull it out straight, its painful and I have suffered since young but i dont have to wear bracelets now.

as far as i know, u need to see ur dentist monthly to check and go on with the progress..they will adjust ur braces accordingly depends on the progress of ur tooth...so i think is better to put it after ur camp if u r unable to visit ur dentist on time during ur camp smile.gif
