I think there is a little confusion about "presint" and "phase"...

I think we can refer to the road name for the presint.

If the area is consisted of Jalan Ecohill 1/xx, that's presint 1, if Jalan Ecohill 2/xx (Presint 2) and Jalan Ecohill 3/xx (Presint 3).

Pallida, Pilosa, Pistia, Augusta, Argentea, Aquatilis, Begonia, Bellucia, Bartonia, Samanea, Saraca all are in the Presint 1.

Among this, Pallida, Pilosa, Augusta, Argentea are considered as Phase 1 units (with DIBS).

Pistia and Aquatilis are considered as Phase 2 units but already launched together with Phase 1 due to overwhelming response, they are non-DIBS.

Samanea only open to staffs/associates, also launched together with phase 1 units as well, but not sure whether it is DIBS or non-DIBS.

Saraca, Begonia, Bellucia and Bartonia are Phase 2 units that only launch recently.

Arroyo garden and some semiD/cluster that not launch yet are considered as Presint 2. This will be the most beautiful presint in SEH, with the highest number of lakes and landscape garden. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Tralas, Merrum, Lecus, Aravia, Stagnia, Errana, Plavia, Luzento, Monlis and the future superlink shall be located in Presint 3... This presint shall come with one reasonably big size lake and many unique landscape gardens within the fencing area... This is the fencing layout by SEH for the Presint 1... I have shared it a long time ago... Single entry/exit design...

I believe more than 90% purchasers support it, I really not sure why MPKJ took so long and yet to approve it.. Many housing in Pelangi Semenyih 1 & 2 already fenced up, countless number in Sungai Long and BMC, I really can't think of any reason why SEH presint 1 cannot have it... hmm.gif hmm.gif

The plot of land behind the shoplot looks reasonably big to me... I really hope SEH one day can bring in a supermarket / hypermarket here..

Looks like there is no any private garden for the 22x75 and newly launch 20x70 phase

The 2 ponds beside the 22x75 separating the medium cost apartment site. Hopefully i didnt get the name wrong tongue.gif

From the previous shared by someone, walking/jogging tracking already setup. This will be outside the fencing if not wrong smile.gif

I think i know where is the weeping meadows, the problem is this weeping meadow is outside the fencing for 22x75 and 20x70, looks like more convinient for the apartment residents to access on it. With thw higher purchase price, sps should include this weeping meafows as private garden for 22x75 and 20x70
