Hey, anyone tried exchanging their slightly bent iPhone 6 plus with any Apple retail outlet before? I read somewhere Apple reinforce the side of the volume button.

Have been using my phone for a month plus now and it kinda bent slightly even with the casing on and normal uses.

Would be great if we can exchange it for the new phone. sweat.gif

Premium resellers only good in selling products, not entertaining defective products. True story from experiences though.

Aww man, so how do we actually get to exchange for a new product if that is even possible in Malaysia.
Apparently with Spigen Casing, the phone still slightly warp upwards at the edge of the volume button.

Was it bent when you first received the phone? If not, it is caused by the user him/her self. You wont be able to claim for a new one because it was self inflicted. Just simple as that.

halo guys, i considering ip6 plus, wondering 16g or 32g, any comments fr u guys?

Er, mate, there is no 32GB iPhone 6 or 6 Plus. Only the 16GB, 64GB, and 128GB! thumbup.gif

Of course, if you have tons of apps, music, and photos that you want to store in your phone, go for those with the bigger memory space then. And if budget is a constraint (i.e. 128GB is too expensive), the 64GB is more than enough actually! rclxms.gif

What phone is your wife using now? If she's already using big screen phone, then go for 6 Plus. If she's using smaller screen, she may not get used to big screen phone. My best friend was using 4s and she can't accept 6 Plus size, so in the end bought 6 only. smile.gif

Guys, just wondering if I can download file via Safari browser? I tried just now on my iPad but it doesn't seem to work, switched to Chrome is also the same. Assuming if it manages to download, where or how can I search for this file?

Android wins in this part, so convenient and easy. Since it didn't work on my iPad, I have downloaded the file using my Note 3. Really simple. hmm.gif

This is not new from Maxis. Been hearing that for weeks or even months.
There's no official news from Apple, so just enjoy your phone and ignore it.

If it's true, it could be a havoc now after so many units were sold worldwide. If it happens, Apple will recall and your phone will be fixed or repaired. Nothing to worry at all.

I don't think you can download file via Safari browser tho, except for PDF, which will be stored in iBooks.

But you can use third-party app https://itunes.apple.com/my/app/documents-5...d364901807?mt=8
