I stay at Kepong since i born, somewhere nearby this area. Kepong is very convenient, location is good, go where also near, but recently traffic is getting worst and worst. (i know how jam it is, they even stuck infront of my house)

However, for my own opinion and observation for living here, Kepong doesn't have what it takes to be a higher class places. In cantonese, i will say the area around the henge very "ZAP". Black guys, chicks (u know if u stay at kepong), lots of retails are not doing well. (look at those shops at fortune avenue)

The petronas road is already very jam now, i can't imagine how it will be after the henge and fortune are built. Don't flame me i just say what i think. Decision is yours, i still love Kepong! thumbup.gif

There will be super high density once all the project around the lake complete, not to say include some of the low cost "condos".

but bro just wanna know your opinion, i am kepong lang too but i am very concerned about the Rumahwip and how high dense is this area going to be. We all know rumahwip or lower price apartment/condo will attract what kind of people, you are not worry about it?

Beside , now I am waiting list, not 100% can get it. But , like I say ,  I like that area and price are reasonable.

nope bro, skip this time and bought somewhere else. No offence bro i also hope this turn out to be good, because i live nearby, like really near for 26 years already. Witnessed how Kepong traffic getting worst day by day, i really hope all these projects won't affect too much on current already congested traffic. Hope you get your unit bro, but i am confident that you will, current market condition sure a lot of reject loan unit one sweat.gif

he is just stating the facts, and in fact there will be more than what he mentioned, it will be around 10k units in total. I live in that area since i born, and the traffic will be a nightmare for sure after all the projects.
