First is cheaper then other condominium in kepong , second is , I am kepong lang , and I think that area is sucj for me , got anythings what I want , I have four apartment already , I plan to buy last one condominium for me to retire, so who care about jam or not , all I care about is , I can go to the park when I retire, I can sit on my balcony read the book and even just walk to and food count what I want.

Yes, of couse I will worry , but can you find me the condominium is have 2 car park, price lower then other condominium, same location , convenience and bigPark behind?
Is depend what you want and where you like . Some people think will jam and must many black people around. But , where can I get the price like this in kepong area ? Nothing is perfect.

  But must no jam
  Area must save
  But don't want security
  Mrt near by

If you can find me like this kind condominium or apartment like I say , even I brrow .ah long , I also will buy it.
Beside , now I am waiting list, not 100% can get it. But , like I say ,  I like that area and price are reasonable.

Today , I.went to see The Zizz, wow , look the zizz is better then the henge liao , hahaha, at least thr zizz not that much people , also got MRT, shop and restorent, just a malay area , but very near my mother home in kampung desa aman.
So after I has see the zizz showroom, I think maybe I will change my mind . Both area is jam , both area is leasthold , both the price nealy same. So honestly ,I prefer like the zizz.
But no matter how , will go to see the property show on next week first before buy any propetry .

Not sure about the road access recently as I have never been to that area for the past month. I used to eat around the area a lot so I kinda know how bad the traffic can be at the area.
