I was at SEG this afternoon.
Really nice place and was very tempted to place a booking for their low rise condo. Buying for own stay this is on the top of the list. |

Hi,
I tried but unsuccessful. Checked with 3 banks on my loan eligibility and all 3 banks rejected me  Currently staying in Subang Jaya and was thinking of getting the Isle of Kamares as a retirement home. Plan to rent it out for a few years before moving in. Then rent out my house in Subang Jaya as my loan should be settled by then. Guess I have to work harder and pray harder for more discount from SPS. Hope one day can join you all. |

I also think Isle of Kamares is very suitable for retirement home. The size is just nice and the environment is perfect.
