The mall opposite is Plaza OUG, actually that one according to news sources, the developer planned to demolish the entire mall structure and build mixed use complex including mall, hotel, office, residences.

Does anyone know who owns Lucky Plaza? Should be owned by OUG too right? Hopefully that gets repurposed as well... Such a waste.

Yea… but heard they want to rebuilt another “small” mall… that lagi waste… mall now not relevant any more… Mall just like previous Boulevard street mall… who build it… who will hit the wall

For Lucky plaza maybe just build a multistorey carpark that might be useful I guess? Since the location is at the center of the commercial area. Not sure how it will turn out if they build another mall since there is already pearl point nearby.

Ya agree. Currently full with malls already , but I’m thinking is it due to population increasing, family oriented malls can still be sustain? People still looking for food

It was okay but not great. There's a Jaya Grocer so that's a plus. Last I went there was some renovation ongoing. The new wing is not bad and had more people than the old.

if developer just build residences blocks with double stories retails at bottom, should be enough already.... maybe the landlord wanna build mall by thinking to manage the mall by himself so that the ownership of land still under his family for generations.... orang kaya punya thinking we as normal people wont know one.... cos this landlord is loaded and even the mall not perform well...thats OK for him since the family still control the land...

normally government wont take the land for development... they just give approval for DO if there any developer wanna convert the land for commercial or residential usage....either by buying up the whole land or need to swap the land... but the value for commercialized the land is not high for this school based on current situation...

Hi all. Was searching for this project. Nothing much came up on google. Went to their showroom and was very satisfied with the layout. It does gives the sense of luxury. Anyone here booked Type C, the 1390 sqft? Am considering this layout

Yea no YouTube, no review. It might because the developer are selling themself at the moment hence no marketing videos done by agents compare to other projects .

Their layout which is combining the living and dining area together created a luxury visual impact compared to the tradional layout which is dining first then living . All rooms including bath facing outwards is definitely a very strong bonus . Dislike rooms/bathroom facing the walkway

Yeah lo. It's so lowkey given the fact that this price and layout is actually better than the other new projects I've viewed. Not much marketing to it until some agent's video appeared on my fb on this project.
But really nice la this project, although not perfect but is has ticked many boxes. I really love the glasses all over the living room and the spacious walkway

Also location wise I like it over so many developments in OKR (and Jalan Puchong)

And not to forget those details that the developers provide ie huge windows in bathroom for brightness and access to the aircond ledge, built in water heaters, storage space allocation at walkway, also the vertical fins for privacy and improve the facade pleasing.
