I think the location itself plays a role as well. While looking on map you will find it very convinient, its basically located in the middle of OUG, Kuchai, Bukit Jalil. Sri Petaling, but that spot is also notorious for jams as well especially the traffic light from OKR turning to Bukit Jalil side. Also perhaps people are not that confident that its located on a hill. Worth noting also assuming the construction entry gate is where the auto gate will be located... its located in the middle of a steep hill decline from Kuchai side, will be quite tricky to exit when there's heavy traffic

Lastly SkyVogue started promoting and launched earlier than Legacy

Yeah traffic seems to be a concern... The guardhouse will be located further in, not at the roadside. There's a good piece of review write-up by propcafe, unfortunately I'm not allowed to post a link here just yet haha, account still under probation

I reckon that the jam from Old Klang Road entering into OUG is super notorious, due to close distance of the junction between Old Klang Road and the intersection in front of Plaza OUG/Nissan showroom, high volume of vehicle traffic will then stuck at the intersection before entering into OUG.

Should write petition to remove the intersection instead in order to make traffic flow better, so at least buyers of The Legacy can go home faster rather than stuck at OKR intersection

It is not common for project to have such take up rate when construction is already at this stage. But i think the reason is very likely because there is no big promotion and advertisement done by the developer as they mentioned they would want to keep everything in-house. Maybe in future dates they will open up and let more agents sell the projects?

If you want to buy, better to get above HTC level. I have a friend who bought a unit in PJ which is also nearby HTC (not sure the distance away), his unit is above the cables. I went to visit once, i felt it is definitely better looking to buy above!

Thanks for your input! I went to visit the showroom and really liked the project. But starting to doubt a bit when I see the low take up rate... Wondering if I've missed out something that's obvious to others tongue.gif In the end I came to a similar conclusion as you, and maybe because they are not one of the more reputable developers as this is their first ever highrise project

Anyone familiar with the main con RCCT? Think it's R&C Cergas Teguh. Info from salesperson. Since developer has no prior high rise experience, thought I'll check if the main con has any bad deliveries in the past tongue.gif

I felt its "walkable" to burger lab shop lot there. You need to cross the traffic light in order to reach Shell or another side which will leads you to Parkson.


Or you might have to walk all the way to the OUG Market Place area without crossing the traffic light. It will be a long walk for our weather biggrin.gif

Haha yeah market place area probably too far lol. Wonder if they have plans to build any pedestrian walkway to the new development at the OUG plaza site... It's not that far.

Yeah lo. But I doubt so leh since they already have a traffic light . Just a short drive from legacy to parkson should solve the problem 😁 . And I’m sure we are not gonna carry our groceries & walk over haha

That's also true.. walkable to shops sounds nice on paper but rarely practical πŸ˜‰ Did you book a unit? If so, which block and type?

I gotten my self a type A at block B, the cheapest type haha.

Personally I did check out stellar, 216, miller , Divo, paraiso, waltz, maple, but nothing caught my attention , it’s either too expensive , small , or high dense.

You know I’m has been hunting for property since the first MCO , after comparing here and there, felt this project is very suitable for own stay except for the HTC thingy , but I hope it’s alright? 😌

What about you?

Haha same! Block B type A. I've booked but haven't signed SPA. Waiting for loan application. Also been thinking really hard these days just to make sure I'm not making a bad decision 😁 Also this is my first property purchase so am feeling the stress and anxiety haha...

Haha, nice one bro. I was in your shoes too before signing , thinking up down left right, visited the site day and night, difference hours to feel the traffic, visited the wet market in the morning , eat the coffee shop food, almost make my self β€œliving” there for 3-4 days straight. πŸ˜‚

This is my 2nd unit , my first one was in Kajang. That time was young and dumb simply buy then regret πŸ™ . So yea it is important to study really well before making decision. Now I’ll make sure survey until satisfy only buy.

Go visit other projects la, might helps you on your anxiety haha

That's exactly what I did as well! I've also visited a few other projects and like you said, either too exp, too small, too investment-oriented, near highway, too high dense, or too dodgy haha... In the end I chose the trade-off of HTC facing. Everything else pretty much ticks the box. I just picked a higher floor lo, at least not so obvious πŸ˜… hopefully won't regret in the future!
