I am new at this area but interested to get a unit for investment.

How do we compare waltz with parklane oug?

Because parklane oug sub ssle only $400/sq feet.
Where here they are selling 800/sqf

What are the advantages of paradigm over parklane in terms of quality,luxurious, location etc beside stay beside mall.

Thanks pls advice

Its just drainage pond not shit pond and they are diverting. A friend doing surveying work said there are no smell there.

I think the price consider reasonable if look at the infrastructure they are going to built 5 ingress and outgress to the mall . I beleive the 2nd tower will increase at least 10%..

I heard the mall will be bigger than midvalley 2mill sq ft.
With bussiness class hotel and coporate offices.

But anyway there are oversupply for condos in klang valley,choosing right location very important

They are diverting the existing water retention pond. Anyway yesterday package no more and stop selling . Will open for public soon. They may raise the price.

I thought location better than pavillion.

Many said those branded retailer will consider paradigm rather than pavillion if we look at the infrastructure that wct will upgrade along kesas.

More demand for 900 sqft . Only left 3 units. 1600sqft still got plenty. 1 mil plus.

I think they will raise the price to $750-800/sqft

Anyway there will be a underground drive way from waltz to the wall . Already very convenient. Beside waltz is the only tower open for staffs and directors before public .

The crowded the better for the mall. Hopefully can be like midvalley
