R4 is the one near to maju express very far from the mall . For sure no bridges link to the mall.

They can release once contruction progress archived 50%.
But based on their previous bussines style, price will be increase to 7%-15%. |

I think the owner of pavillion 2 has just bought wct. Just wonder if they will continue to built the mall in such a near distance.
