Rebate reduce to 5%

There will underpass from waltz to the mall . So you go in and out from the mall using independent underpass. But if you are going kl or klang still need to use existing awan besar

Tower 1 finish. Tower 2 close 50%

Tower 1 all sold out all type units. T2 left less 55 units. Basically left larger units. Need to wait next release R4 will close 900 persqft
