Visited the show unit and I think the workmanship and the facilities are quite well done. But the unit I'm interested in is close to 1 million. It's a hefty price considering the location not in most prime location and the uncertainty surrounding w city development.

But I saw Waltz, the unit I saw faces OUG bungalows so was pretty serene surprisingly.
