The lelong units belong to the waltz. Huge difference between waltz and maple residence in terms of materials and finishings.

Not the same? How come? Which is better which is worse?

Visited the show unit and I think the workmanship and the facilities are quite well done. But the unit I'm interested in is close to 1 million. It's a hefty price considering the location not in most prime location and the uncertainty surrounding w city development.

what's wrong with Waltz? I visited it once, seemed okay. Rooftop pool is great!

If can afford 1 million unit, better buy the Park Green just beside Pavillion Bukit Jalil.
The Kesas and MEX highway noise is too much.

How is the noice level ?

Tested the noise level facing the OUG side. Surprisingly it's not bad at all. But facing KESAS really a no go. I'm thinking for my own stay, and the convenience of travel to and fro from work. Park Green and the condo too near to Pavillion BJ are too congested.

yea i would consider for own stay also.. close enough to BJ but without the BJ congestion. But I saw Waltz, the unit I saw faces OUG bungalows so was pretty serene surprisingly.
