Does anyone know if ongoing promo applicable for Tap & Win random cashback? (spend more than RM5)

For example i did not get any tap & win for the below promo:

1. TGV buy1free1 promo - paid RM8, but "tap" didnt show up

2. Tealive RM2.50 per drinks, I bought in 1 transaction 2x2.5 = RM5, there is tap showing up but i get error message below:

None. This is my friend's acc, just starting using today. these are his 1st two transactions.

the whole history of transaction:
1. Signed up
2. Soft pin RM8
3. received RM 5 from friend.
4. TGV RM8
5. Tealive Rm5

i see. i used it yesterday and still got the tap thing.

Specifically on TGV/Tealive promo as above? Or other merchants?

He only used this phone to sign up his own account.
But he did use this phone to sign IN his mom acc and then signed out - just to check balance.

well unless the promo habis between yesterday and today, then that could be one of the reasons. maybe some others with similar experience can assist.

I didn’t get any cashback for all the three transactions I made on last Friday and today but not sure if I have fully utilized it or what

TnG Promos until end of this month only guys. Can get the longan drink for RM1. But if you buy 3 cups it has to be in 3 separate transactions. Kinda stupid if you ask me.

I would say the same thing as you too. It is stupid to limit only one cup per bill when we can make multiple transactions to get a few cups. It is just like the tealive promo right now where they limit only two cups per transaction. The staffs at one of the outlet I went insisted that it is instead two cups per day per eWallet when I ask them to try adding another two cups in their POS system for me to make payment

Dont think is easy to get drivers too. Very few and far between.
