Please note that if your touch n go card has been inactive for 1 year, TNG will terminate your card immediately and send you a simple email to notify you. No advance notice before they terminate your card.

Credits inside the terminated card will be refunded ONLY if you request, and charge you RM5.30 service fee for dormant card credit refund.

I called TNG customer service, spoke to CS and supervisor too, no way they can reinstate your card, but if you complain hard enough, they will reimburse a new card and waive the service fee.

We already put the money into our card for them to roll our money and yet still want to charge us. So my principle is NOT to use TnG for parking until they abolish it.

Not only that. You will be not entitled for promotional parking fee such as spend RMxxx free first 3 hours because the shopping complex CS won't be able to waive it from your card.

exactly. i kena this few times, fed up now i'd rather pay cash and queue a little bit. not world-changing benefits for using tng at parking.

yes, faced this and done that few years back and received full refund. basically "earned" 5% from this since i reloaded with 5% rebate.

Saw on news that government rejected the proposal of minimum top up of rm30 for TnG card..

This TnG LFTP rebate redemption quite misleading, say can redeem from their Bangsar south office, but when i go there they say claim from LDP office instead. Apa la, wasted my time.
