Till yesterday when noticed ....ABS light came ON !! Off engine and start again , then the light went Off . Happened again today
My ride is 21months old now , forgot to check the ODO

One guy found EP200 causing ESP to engage on his Preve more often than previously.

It recalibrates the CVT, so it doesn't cause engine stall when switching between R and D.

Hi guys.
I'm planning to buy exora bold premium. Based on my survey so far, there are only 2015 stocks with discounts ranging from RM3k-4k. 2016 stocks can only get after CNY with new (higher) price.
Do you think it's worth it to get the 2015 stocks now, or wait for 2016 stock?

P/s: Not so urgent buy. Can wait a few more months if need be.

wow... rm60 for a year.. prolly that was the complaint mostly, but at least there's a slight improvement..
but surely the flip is gonna be loose after a year... can adjust or change some of the parts inside to improve the flip?

I am considering to buy proton exora premium model. Currently driving persona and gen2 cps.

I looked into the service info and saw that timing belt is required to be changed at 120k. currently my persona is required to change this at 80k.

Does it mean the timing belt for cfe engine is a bit more tough? should I have mistakenly informed previously for the timing belt of persona?

Hi Yall

I have recently made up my mind for EB Executive. At proton showroom, SA said if i buy 2015 model i am entitled for RM 2061 REBATE   but if i take 2016 EB then No rebates at all

So what you all experts suggest? should i go for 2015 or one shot settle for the new version.

Any notable differences internally/externally or just the year difference.

The cost to replace this oil cooler is rm700++ incl installation. Proton so far suggest to change every 40,000km. What the hell? It shouldn't be wear and tear part.

When the hose burst during driving the car, you wont notice until the engine sounds rough and got white smoke. By that time its too late coz your engine already wear from the inside.

Like my exora bold right now, after fix the oil cooler my engine already sounds almost like lorry-diesel engine (yes that bad, and proton dont even entertain my complaint and say its normal)  coz engine internal already worn. If i kena the second time, confirm need to do full overhaul job

It burst when it want to burst. No symptoms.

For some cases if lucky you can see the oil hose cooler already covered in oil, then need to replace before it burst. Oil cooler located near the alternator and engine oil filter. You cant see from the top. Need to crawl down under the car. And the particular hose that burst cannot be seen from below, need to use mirror or camera because the hose is located on the upper side of the oil cooler.

One user share his story. His oil hose burst, sent to SC to replace the hose. After 2 days it burst again.

It is very unpredictable. Some owner already more than 100, 000 km but havent burst yet. New owner 20,000km also ada yang kena

How to avoid?
So far no permanent solution yet. Some owner already change to hydraulic hose,  some already change to aftermarket oil cooler.
