Please dont pay so much on facial for those temporary result.

By right, our human body has its immune system to "clean" on its own. But due to internal (personal lifestyle, habit, etc) and external (polution, etc) factors, our system unable to "clean" fast enough.

In oversea, most of the doctors are using technology to re-active our immune system to do the "cleaning" job. The result helps individual to cure acne, aging, pigmentation & other problems.

Myself, my aunt and few of her friends have tried and they are happy because the result is lasting and significant, plus dont have to buy product, no surgery, no pain, etc.

This is just to share because I am not handsome so my principle is -- at least have to look good. That's why i understand the pain for those who has skin problem. If anyone interested.. can drop me PM, I can bring u there to see look.

i know a beautician in taman desa, very good at extracting out the blackheads and pimple. she may spend around 1 hour plus for serious acne/ blackhead skin.

most of the time, she wont pick up the phone when she is doing facial. professional right?

i think the price is RM80 onwards.

she wont ask you to buy a lot of products, and would show you face if you dont want to buy too.

tell me if you are interested.

Which part of tmn desa? Isit using Dermalogica products?

Hei erikachen

So, which beauty salon have you chosen finally? Just to share with you. I used to have skin problem with blackheads and whiteheads too, about 3 years ago. Have been to many facials. But the more facials i went, the worse my skin conditions became.

Later, my colleague introduced me to cellnique from cres wellness. have been using the products and taking facial courses since then. I have started with an intensive course, it really works. I could started to feel my blackheads coming out easily even when washing my face at home. i believe the products is concentrate enough, and apparently, the most popular product from cres is the sebum gel (RM139).

actually i think their product prices are quite reasonable, but the price for facial course is hitting me loh. But I could say, for my skin now, it worth the price. So, I have made an arrangement. Currently, I would take new course every beginning of the year, and normally the credit for the course would run out by year end, and the next year, sign up a new course again. So pay only once a year, not too bad loh.

Cheers smile.gif

ah,
maintain a good diet, life style plus full range of skin care products helps alot. by then u can minimise to sign up the facial courses. maybe like once a month then enough. we are consumer we got the rights to buy or not regardless how pushy the promoter are.. maybe in the salon u jus let the supervisor know - 1.u need a good-patient beautician. 2.tell her u worry to meet those pushy promoter. then, she will understand and wont force u to buy! nod.gif

i go for my facial in Selayang Mall...
not a famous facial centre or anything..but their products are not bad..
from Germany or something..
each session is RM 68... going there the first time they wil surely ask you to sign up for the package.. but u dont have to... nice owner there..
there are diff kinda facials there...diff price and stuff.. but its not a must to take them up..
in the beginning i had a lot of pimples... big acnes ... so i went about twice a month.. and it actually got better... and no more big pimples..
now i only go once a month..

its on the first floor of Selayang Mall....

Hi. I have these problems and would like to go for facial treatment because I've tried a lot of skin products but all is not effective for me (Neutrogena, Bioterm, Loreal, Clean & Clear, .......)
- Blackhead
- Acne
- Open Pores
- Oily and Sensitive Skin

I would appreciate your comment on your experience on effectiveness, price, services and etc provided as I'm not sure which is better.
1) Clara International
2) Domeilee Beauty Group
3) JF Beauty
4) Dermalogica

owh dear, too bad you're in MMU Cyber. Im currently in MMU Malacca and there's a beauty center (First Lady/Nevaeh
Beauty & Salon) just open nearby the campus.

They're having promotion right now which is RM 20.00 only for facial treatment! rclxm9.gif I went there yesterday and they're really good! I thought its gonna be simple facial treatment since I only pay RM 20 but my face became clearer and radiant after the treatment. Their Normal price is RM 88.00. Still cheaper than Kl prices.

Malaccan, what are u waiting for? Go there and try out the facial treatment. The promotion is not only for students. It opens to everyone too. Im not doing promotion for them but just spreading good new to other girls. Im from Subang Jaya and treatment there cost nothing less than RM 150. This is totally a good deal for me. thumbup.gif

Well, Let me tell you guys a story of what happened to my wife...

She went for IPL for her leg hair removal at Beyond Beauty in Lot 10 last year. Thy burnt her leg with little scars during the 3rd session. It was minor burns, thy offered to treat the scars thru another 2 so called healing treatment. She went for it and did not see any improvement on it. Since it was minor burns, she just left the place. Then she transsferred her registration from Lot 10 to Mid Valley branch.

After 2 sessions there, they burnt her legs again... Mind you, i'm saying LEGS. Both of it were burnt. This time, severely. with patches which looks like small squares all over her legs.
She thought it was just some heat soar and it would go away in couple of days, well tht's wht ppl in Beyond Beauty said.

After 1 week, the skin started to peel and a layer of fresh scar can be seen. We took photos of it and went to Beyond Beauty in Mid Valley. We spoke to the person in charge, she got a shock seeing my wife's scars and took photos of it and sent it to a perosn by the name of Ms Lim in Lot 10 branch. Thy told me to wait for a couple of days for the refund. You see, we didn't want to continue this "treatment" in any beauty places and just wanted our money back. Few days later, this Ms. Lim called me and told me that the scars are bad, and thy can't refund! weird cause one moment she sympathised with us and became brutal on the other.

She said that their HQ is in Sigapore and her directors instructed them not to pay a single cent. I told her that I wll sue them, she said, go ahead and do whatever you like!

Check that out. It's been 2 months now, her legs are still scarred. We went to a skin specialist, he said tht the burn marks can be lightened by using a cream but it will not go away.

We asked lawyers to take up the case, they said,.. too small amount...
we asked Consumer department to intervene, they said.. "kes kecik macam ini baik kau orang selesaikan saja la" (small cases like this, it's better if u guys settle it).

There you go! So what r we suppose to do? We are now in the midst of sending our complain to the Singapore Consumer department. hoping that thy could take action on our behalf to the singapore owners.

Lesson learnt? Go to doctors for treamtment (IPL and etc) Dont go to beauty places, the people who conduct these "Exercise" are not professional and they r mostly SPM leavers. You surely do not want to give up your skin to such inexperience people and suffer for lifetime.

My wife now can't wear shorts or skirts! Imagine that!!!

I personally have been going for facials at Origins since I use their skin care products. But I have paid for and tried a facial at a place called
Coca or Coco Paradise in Berjaya Times Square. I am not familiar with BTS but a friend recommended me to this place and I went and I feel they are really good. She ask me to ask for a therapist called Samantha. And it was a good experience. They use a French brand called Payot. After using I was so impressed with the service, facial and product!!! They also don't push u to buy product. Only tell you what they use for yr skin. It's up to you to ask and whether u want to try or not.

And most importantly my face....wah so soft and smooth!!! And they show you all what they extracted from your face...as they put into a jar with some liquid and u can see how much dirt actually keluar!!! tongue.gif

They have basic facial with extraction RM50 and the price go up to RM150 depending on what facial u want. That one also they dont push you. It's really up to you!!!!

its bad to hear tat consumer department din accept this case. how much is the amount? if >1k then shouldn't be a problem. i think its troublesome to go singapore consumer department to sue for the money though they are more efficient than malay here. i would suggest another way to complain. mayb u can call the press centre and tell them bout the story and i think the beauty centre will scare 3rd party intervention. otherwise go for MCA o other related politic department to complain. i have complaint bout the police in charge for my rob case in MCA KL and know wat? the police just 360' changed!!!! like a dog and salute to me!!! icon_rolleyes.gif u need to spread the case as BIG as possible and the centre sure will refund. good luck to you.

I went there today for facial and a therapist called Chloe did facial for me. I did the RM90 purifying treatment facial. The extraction was super painful as this is my first time of doing facial and I have acne skin, therefore I have lots of impurities to be extracted. The other things are just same like what kittycatinlove said. The mask was really cooling and they show me all the dirt they have extracted out. They really don't push me in buying anything at all. They just tell me whatever they used and after my facial session finished, I just walked out, fill my details in a form and pay! No suggestion, pushing or recommendation on what products I should buy! I think this is best part because I am a person who is easy to persuade to spend money on unnecessary things and since, they didn't try to sell me anything, I didn't buy anything from there at all. Very good i would say.

Thanks kittycatinlove for recommending this place =)

Hie. I currently having alot of blackheads around my face no matter on my t-zone or my cheek. Planning to go to face analysis @ leonard drake this saturday. Can i know how much is the first trial facial for leonard drake? They are using dermalogica product right? There is a cellnique saloon nearby my house @ Sri Petaling and i saw their banner witten 49.9 for first trial. But it was long time ago. Can i know whether the first trial is for promotion period or it is valid for every first time for a customer? Can i know what is the price for second time if i continue go for their facial and don't wish to take any package as my budget is limited cause i'm still a uni student. TIA for all the information. Have a nice day.
