So it's first house in Federal Territory. Even if you already have a house in FT, if you wish to upgrade you can do so with approval from respective authority. Provided is upgrade, means the existing house have to be smaller in size.

Do note that for this project in Bukit Jalil, there are 2 types of condos offered. Half of the projects fall under RUMAWIP scheme while another half is open to everyone, with no restrictions.

Wait 10 years is for the RUMAWIP I believe. I think the RM400+K for 1000sf is alot cheaper i guess. And alot lower density. The only drawback is the longer distance to universities.

There is no better or worse investment, depends on what's your investment objective. Everyone has their own investment objectives & risk appetite, different projects satisfy different people.

p/s: 10 years non-transferrable is only applicatble for RUMAWIP, the 4xxk units are not affected.

I like RUMAWIP layout more compare to PR1MA..since it come with at least 3 bedroom..while PR1MA i see there is a unit come with 1room+1bath.. sweat.gif

Affordable phase is a RUMAWIP scheme joint venture by developer + dbkl. So you will have to meet the requirements here :
