ii.Pendapatan isi rumah diantara RM2,500.00 hingga RM5,000.00 sebulan;
iii.Pemohon (suami/isteri) tidak mempunyai sebarang jenis rumah kediaman di Selangor. Namun, Pemohon yang telah memiliki rumah kos rendah selama lima (5) tahun ke atas boleh memohon Rumah Mampu Milik sebagai rumah kedua tetapi tertakluk kepada syarat had kelayakan pendapatan pemohon;
iv.Pemohon bujang yang mempunyai tanggungan keluarga boleh memohon; dan
v.Pembelian rumah untuk didiami dan bukan untuk disewa.


4. Berapakah keluasan Rumah Mampu Milik?
850 kaki persegi hingga 1,000 kaki persegi.

Only 1 layout available for RUMAWIP units (82x sq.ft.) while 3 types for the public units (all 1,00x sq.ft.). Will disclose when it's the right time to do so.

Registration will start anytime soon.

Hi all,

I've received the detailed info/procedure and confirmed price for Bukit Jalil Affordable Housing.

But I am not allowed to post it up here yet.

Glad to tell you all this condo will be launched early next year rclxms.gif

So thanks for all the details given to me through the Google Form , I'll get back to you all 1 by 1.


As for the normal condo with 400+ units,
I've manage to reserve one for myself. But details are not confirmed yet. Developer is still working out on packages and what not.

Will get back to you all through the Form when I receive complete details.
