Just received news that new project on the way.

Location: Bukit Jalil (Next to current Exsim project)
2 Types:

Type 1: Affordable housing
Type 2: Normal Condo

Size: 850sf-1000sf

Price: Range of RM300K - RM450K

Launching soon (end of december or early 2015)

7 Acres apparently. My relative is involved in the construction of the project.
Price is quite reasonable, considering the distance to the new LRT station.

I also planning to buy one for myself smile.gif

I heard 300K for affordable housing scheme around 850sf

400k for normal condo 1000sf

Finally a reasonable priced condo... rclxms.gif

No guarantee though, dig info from the people working inside this project.

Selling point of this project:

1. Infinity pool
2. Very big landscape area at the podium
3. 3500sf indoor gym. Drawing plans is there but not allowed to be published just yet.
