1. Bagaimanakah cara untuk mendaftar bagi permohonan Rumah Mampu Milik?
Pemohon boleh mendapatkan borang permohonan di kaunter Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor, Tingkat 5, Bangunan Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Shah Alam. Pemohon juga boleh mendaftar secara ‘online’ di laman web LPHS http://lphs.selangor.gov.my


2. Berapakah anggaran harga Rumah Mampu Milik?
Pada masa ini, Kerajaan Negeri telah menetapkan harga jualan seunit Rumah Mampu Milik adalah di antara RM85,000.00 hingga RM150,000.00.

3. Apakah syarat-syarat kelayakan untuk memohon Rumah Mampu Milik PKNS?
Syarat kelayakan untuk memohon Rumah Mampu Milik adalah seperti berikut:

i.Warganegara Malaysia berumur 18 tahun ke atas;
ii.Pendapatan isi rumah diantara RM2,500.00 hingga RM5,000.00 sebulan;
iii.Pemohon (suami/isteri) tidak mempunyai sebarang jenis rumah kediaman di Selangor. Namun, Pemohon yang telah memiliki rumah kos rendah selama lima (5) tahun ke atas boleh memohon Rumah Mampu Milik sebagai rumah kedua tetapi tertakluk kepada syarat had kelayakan pendapatan pemohon;
iv.Pemohon bujang yang mempunyai tanggungan keluarga boleh memohon; dan
v.Pembelian rumah untuk didiami dan bukan untuk disewa.


4. Berapakah keluasan Rumah Mampu Milik?
850 kaki persegi hingga 1,000 kaki persegi.
