I think both are different products and different time period. Panorama is already a completed project whereas Sky Awani is an upcoming lifestyle project that caters to would-be homeowners and stayers and is restrictive for 10 years.

Either stay address, workplace or worst come to worst IC address must be in WPKL.

Booking fee RM15k payable to lawyer. Forms part of your 10% downpayment. There is no such thing as undertable or whatever in RUMAWIP.

Your booking fee is Fully Refundable by Developer within 1 month if you are not successful in the selection process by DBKL, who will invite you to the balloting event.
