I think both are different products and different time period. Panorama is already a completed project whereas Sky Awani is an upcoming lifestyle project that caters to would-be homeowners and stayers and is restrictive for 10 years.

chief Panorama is subsales, if really want compare more appropriate compare with One Sentul.

SKY AWANI can be compared with those undercon like Maxim or Bayu... but i guess both sold out (not sure)

Who and how is the screening being done? By developer or DBKL or other authorities?

entry cost need to prepare how much? I saw another thread asking for 50k DP for 270k 1Malaysia house

2. Live or work a minimum of 3 years in the Wilayah Persekutuan KL.
3. Gross household income not more than RM10,000 per month.
4. Do not own any home in the Wilayah Persekutuan.
5. Affordable home cannot be sold within 10 years after purchase.
6. The buyer must reside in there affordable home and no renting unless otherwise permitted.
7. Priority is given to applicants who reside close to the residential areas near RUMAWIP.
8. Head of household is eligible to only one unit of RUMAWIP.
9. Owning a larger unit of affordable home is only permitted provided older unit is sold at a controlled price agreed by the authority.
