I've installed 5 units of IMOS and to be frank, all of them works perfectly. Just that the adhesive is the only pain in the ass when trying to get rid of the bubbles... I've got one white version that gave me the most challenging task getting rid of the bubbles. But I managed to get rid of it at the end. If that applies to most of you, it's already considered a defects. But if you put some more efforts to push it out/off with the pen, it should get off not easily but it will eventually gone for good. Don't give up. Yes. it's very premium to me. The oleophobic coating is superior compared to all glass sp in the market to-date. And the protection is ultimatum.
Btw, it won't work with UAG cases (FAILED). Cheers!
Finally a feedback on UAG cases... too bad.. but for Thule series, it's compatible ... (personally tested in the shop)

Are all of them defects? wow tempered glass also will defect
As what S4a mentioned, you might consider it a defect if you install it like any other glass sp. A lot of people forgotten that they are paying for the premium quality which includes the 3D Curved Corning Gorilla Glass on the edges too. if you have checked out how corning is made, you will realised that the compression is very high and thus you dont find much space for air to flow out.. The fitting of the glass to your phone is very precise, hence once attached, air bubbles are trapped in between. It will takes patience and efforts to remove even if you are a pro in installing other glass sp.
Even myself spent a lot of sleepless nights trying to figure out what is the best and effective ways to install it. (no easy way out i guessed..)
But in INGfusion case, since he ordered from Taiwan, he might get the older version instead of the new one. HK and Taiwan and China earlier batches got adhesive issues which has been resolved. If you purchased from us and you think your unit is defected, kindly contact us too.
