avoid nillkin CP+ at all cost la... better get the normal SP ...
the CP+ is just a dust collector at the border and the worst part is... it is made uneven which make the application extra hard....
this feedback not only by me, few of my friends had encounter...
tomorrow is black friday sales, i am gonna order a spigen glas.tr... always like their tempered glass coating... i would say it is the best as far as i have seen

QUOTE(Connect2USales @ Feb 8 2015, 11:48 AM) i just ordered a jabra Play bluetooth... should reach tmr.. will provide feedback tomorrow. yes.. 1 bar gone unless you are in very strong coverage area, then no effect. just use your nail, lift a bit on the side (not corner), and use a pen to slowly push it out. Do not let go your hand before you push out the air. Then it should be good.. (i find the installation of 3D Corning is pretty easy once you get the grip on how to install it. My first piece took more than 3 days to fully remove the bubbles. Now it took less than 10 mins to perfectly install one) Hey bro, thanks for your feedback... Enlighten me... Usually when I lift that part that I show in the picture, the right corner will follow by lifted up... I have some feeling that the particular part cannot adhen properly by itself... Correct me if I'm wrong, the color part at left/right doesn't have any glue right?

QUOTE(khaiandrew @ Feb 8 2015, 03:38 PM) A lot better than expected, still admire it each time I look at it. Maybe it has to do with it being a darker color but I don't notice any discoloration so far. I went to connect2u's installer in lowyat to verify that it was indeed a defect and they sent out a replacement straight away. If you look at my posts a few pages back I posted a picture of the exact same thing. Will send the defect back to them on Monday for them to claim from imos . you mean they remove your defect pieces on the spot and install a new pcs on the spot for you?

Took me almost half an hour just push and hold the side to make it stick. Push and hold? U won't get your hand pain meh? I now see also headache... If really defect then. Need to remove and proceed warranty claim bla bla... Might as well stick with the old style tempered glass

QUOTE(Connect2USales @ Feb 8 2015, 08:13 PM) no adhesive on the side.. if got then will have serious trouble in getting the air out. We noticed most of those experienced installer have issue with the 3D installation. You cannot apply based on your current knowledge on applying the normal sp due to the curved edges of the corning glass. Why use bare hand? In all the videos we have been showing the use of a pen to push out the bubbles.. We wont say it's defect cos we are installing the same batch here too.. and all of them are perfectly installed. We do not encourage replacement as it will cost you RM10 to send it back here and another RM10 for us to send it back to you, not to mentioned of the inconvenience caused along the way. And dont forget we have to send back to Taiwan for the replacement too. We have been absorbing all the cost but if our currency do not improves, we might not be able to continue to offer direct replacement but to wait for Taiwan to replace it. Hi bro, thanks a lot for your precious input.. I will try to use clip hold it overnight and see how it goes... But as for one , is really an eye sore for me when I looking at my phone due to the imperfect application of this premium SP. And yes, replacement is really trouble and I don't like that too. Yes, I did use pen to push it out... But the huddle at edge is really a different story...

UPDATE:
I used a bulldog clip to stress on the bubble area overnight (of course put a small pcs of tissue in between so that it wont scratch your phone). Today morning remove clip and the bubble gone already... so it is consider a perfect application for me.
So guys, please try to use this bulldog clip technique when there is bubble at the edge of your screen. It really helps... but still, this SP is not that easy to apply anyway.

QUOTE(Connect2USales @ Feb 9 2015, 03:24 PM) Finally a feedback on UAG cases... too bad.. but for Thule series, it's compatible ... (personally tested in the shop) As what S4a mentioned, you might consider it a defect if you install it like any other glass sp. A lot of people forgotten that they are paying for the premium quality which includes the 3D Curved Corning Gorilla Glass on the edges too. if you have checked out how corning is made, you will realised that the compression is very high and thus you dont find much space for air to flow out.. The fitting of the glass to your phone is very precise, hence once attached, air bubbles are trapped in between. It will takes patience and efforts to remove even if you are a pro in installing other glass sp. Even myself spent a lot of sleepless nights trying to figure out what is the best and effective ways to install it. (no easy way out i guessed..) But in INGfusion case, since he ordered from Taiwan, he might get the older version instead of the new one. HK and Taiwan and China earlier batches got adhesive issues which has been resolved. If you purchased from us and you think your unit is defected, kindly contact us too. thanks for your feedback bro... yes i do agree with you... corning glass with curve really need special skill.. the bulldog clip trick really works for me... mine really very perfect and iMOS coating really no complain
