Is it just me or does Iphone 6 use up data very fast. I came from using Mi3, and this morning a quick 5 minutes facebook surfing and some hay day already cost me around 20MB

I understand that "device specific" resolutions of the photos are being stored on my iPhone - but what happens if I want to export the photo (or import into) a 3rd party app like snapseed or some other photo editing app. Will I get the full resolution image exported? Is there any way to get the original exported?

Anyone know how to test this? or know the answer?

IINM, Dropbox and Google Drive can store uncompressed photos. Another way is to transfer your photos using PC/Mac.

i updated to ios 8.1.1 on saturday after backing up my stuff in itunes..

to my horror, i only manage to sync two of my TEN ringtones to my phone and the rest can't be sync..

can anyone please advise.. thank you in advanced..

I read somewhere that ITunes will quietly delete "unauthorized" songs on your phone once found. Do google and read about it.

yeah bro.. read about it but all the tones were purchased on itunes..

Apparently there were some "illegal" stuff on itunes as well. So they had to delete it quietly to avoid being sued by the respective owners.

I have 9 custom tones (I cut from my own mp3 files and use itunes to convert to m4r files, not bought from iTunes). All transferred to my iPhone 6 without problems.

I have set my tones and music NOT to sync automatically. I just add the tones to my iTunes library. Then I plug in my phone and drag and drop the tones from iTunes library to the iPhone.

For those using Exchange accounts, you know they have always stricter security policy, can we still use the Touch ID to unlock our phone with the exchange mail account configured?

No problem on touch id unlock. Exchange will force you to set passcode. Once passcode has been set, you still can use the touch id to unlock without issue. Try it out.
