My experience with Sony SC @ Plaza Berjaya was a pleasant one. RMA one unit of SW2, replaced within 2 weeks, not to mentioned during CNY that time

Problem comes after updating the phone. Surely cannot be my fault.

When I get back my phone, maybe I don't want to update until warranty left 1 or 2 months, then install all the update all in 1 go.

If phone got problem again, maybe can get Xperia Z4, Z5

Plus I think Sony 6 months flagship cycle isn't really popular with users. Sony states after Z4, it back to the usual 1 year 1 flagship cycle, which should boost Z4 sales. Why would Sony still produce alot of Z3 after Z4 comes out?

well, Z Ultra is my 1st Sony phone.
