my opinion is that semenyih can go in the long run. But property price should not exceed rm500k. Given the infrastructure n existing development there, it is still a young place. Let people move in, thrive the place only then raise the price.
But right now, SA who promote property in semenyih can only promote future not yet built things. like 'there will be a new road here,theres going to be a mall, theres going to be this n that'. Everything is up to our imagination. But they sell at price nearing kv area.
if at kv, leta say shah alam, SA will say this is a good propert coz theres tesco, giant, big library, lots of IPTA. They are promoting something with the current infinfrastructure n development there. Something we can see, so can justify the price.
developers in semenyih are so greedy

That road cannot be helped already. unless they plan to demolish the shops along the road n widen it from sunway semenyih all the way to beranang.

Seriously the prices are fictitious. There really aren't that many population in Klang Valley to cater those condos. Most buyers are betting to flip and earn some good returns when their unit completes.
