that is right... all about investment, the fact new launches finish in few days or hours is solid proof, look at Midfield 1 vs Midfield 2, at the time Midfield 2 were launched ppl lining up finihs within days.. but they did not do the same to Midfield 1 which already vp and selling the same price as launched price Midfield 2..

demands are majorly to invest

You forget Midfield 2 no need pay legal fees & SnP, no need pay installment instantly, some people not desperate to live in so their buy new launch, those who need house fast like you need pay premium loh..like that also don't understand ah..sigh

disagree, the lands were never meant for this primary purpose, it is for plantation/agriculture in the past, and happens to be picking up invalaue due to excessive speculation by young generation who want fast money and goyag kaki money..

Bear bear pls walk the talk...if yiur grandpa buy 1 acre 3k....inflation rate at most let say 4% per annum...let say land kept for 30 years....4x30= 120% increase only in land value thus pls sell your land 7k an acre...

By looking at the number of lights of the units from outside at night will give you a rough estimation of how many units are occupied in one block.
