There isn't really that many expats anymore in Malaysia. Let alone expats' families, mistress, girlfriends & etc. Even expats bargain for really cheaper rentals as well. I had been in both property market & general industries for years, therefore I can notice the down trend.

With current 1M & 2M cap on foreigners as well as RPGT & reduced/stricter loan, people really hoped the speculation & flipping practice will be reduced.

it is preety obvious that those concept are for young.. old ppl retire there so silence and so low occupancy robbery possible, guards do it themselves because too quiet and too low occupancy

no lar, My friend actually bough n planning to stay there. Quite confident with security In SEH , at least better than those non guaded and gated..

When I mean people retired mean not those very old 1 la..those baby boomer but still know how to use Internet and online shopping la ..
