There isn't really that many expats anymore in Malaysia. Let alone expats' families, mistress, girlfriends & etc. Even expats bargain for really cheaper rentals as well. I had been in both property market & general industries for years, therefore I can notice the down trend.
With current 1M & 2M cap on foreigners as well as RPGT & reduced/stricter loan, people really hoped the speculation & flipping practice will be reduced. |
