Won't die 1 ,price will still increase just less ppl buy subsales that area only.rent I think still ok.

LEKAS Highway user here. i would say the SP Ecohill is already far from kajang let alone greater KL. i wouldn't consider that area because of congestion and lousy road leading there (Saujana prima/impian road)

Think the same too....dont like the road there esecially if u go through semenyh town my god....

But my father in law have a bungalow lot there, 2 storey....value close to 1 mil edi...behind Nottingham University....
