It's not that close actually. It is more than 30km away from Cyber and around 25km away from Putra. Semenyih is just far from almost everywhere except Kajang and to a lesser extend Bangi.

Gomen will approve anything that brings income to them. Dont talk about semenyih la....see iskandar, chinese developer flood the market gomen keep approving building plans and permits maa...

Even gv kopi money to get approval n oso provided got ppl want to apply.
demand no good, ghost township, ulu place. Will u go n ask to convert ur land title n build project ??

Are you sure?....I remember read post ..... live in nedayu93 or kajang 2 .........by Amint or....Sampk......leave house .7.00 am.....reach klcc only 30 minutes........or 5pm from Klcc reach home 5.30pm

i live in semenyih. my office is in desa hartamas. i work irregular hours - non office hours so no problem for me. my son leaves at 6:00am for work to KL and he's usually back by 7:30pm by car.

what they should do for semenyih is faster-faster finish the Setia Ecohill, Setia Eco Majestic and Setia Ecohill 2 links to LEKAS so then people working in KL and PJ during peak or office hours have less to complain about. from Kajang exit, Semenyih town exit is only 4 minutes away by LEKAS. i agree that the narrow- kampung-jalan semenyih from Sunway Semenyih to Beranang should be widen also.

if you live in Bandar Teknologi or Sunway Semenyih, Semenyih is only 15 minutes away from Cheras Leisure Mall and 30 minutes away from KL without jam. for me its 40 minutes from KL because i live in Bandar Tasik Kesuma.

what they also need is a direct elevated highway from PJ area from somewhere near Mid-Valley direct into Semenyih and surrounding areas (probably something like DUKE) that does not go into Cheras and does not pass Taman Connaught or Sungai Long.

How come developer will sell cheaper ??

well said. sometime its really waste gas communicate with those stubborn people. already not staying in semenyih, but when semenyih people tell them the factual things, they just ignore and keep deny it, come stay or work in semenyih lah, to prove we are wrong. doh.gif

this project terlalu besar... if got minister link maybe... connect to sg long first, Semenyih all the way will cost billion, not to mention going to hit land banks of developers along the way..

but if this is ahppening, should connect kajang first.. but a good idea

how about jam time? how long from sunway semenyih to KL say times square?
