Tried that too, once I select option 1 there's no sound, music or tone at all for a long time so I hang up a few times.

Finally ..... no receive any call from BS, they direct come to my office....

Currently training at mid valley. So worried if they deliver to my home but I'm not at home. Called BS. Told PJ section 14 is deliver by BS itself. Can't give me a date or time. Just told me within this weekday will delivered. Can u ask they BS guy to wait at midvalley any where ah hahahahha .... I go meetup with them.

PJ area yeap is delivered by BS.

You guys really lucky managed to get through to BS. I called over 20 times and always get no sound from the other end when I press option 1

u have to wait, although no sound, you are actually on hold, this morning i waited 10mins before someone attend the call

I think they forgot to enable the on hold music Just keep waiting and someone will attend to you.

imagine how many calls going through to them. patient. you are on hold.

Ah okay no wonder, I waited for 5 mins at one time with no sound so I also dunno if I was still on the line haha. Thanks now I know how it works

I also felt weird being on hold with no music on, so i kept redialing LOL

We will definitely receive our phone in due time..just need to patiently wait for it
