i just got mine by self collecting. after so much battle with maxis. really just go n collect for those havent receive. brightstar wont even know if you are authorize by maxis to collect it or not.

it was in pick pack for about a week...so many calls, so many chat with the customer service. finally they let me collect. now after collection, my track shipment button is gone. and i got email and sms almost immediately saying it has been delivered.

Same thing happen to me. They removed my Order in MOS right after I told them I need to cancel because I havent received my phone yet. Mind you and it was just right after I put down the phone with them.
