i just got mine by self collecting. after so much battle with maxis. really just go n collect for those havent receive. brightstar wont even know if you are authorize by maxis to collect it or not.

nope....my existing contract already end.

she said either you upgrade or change to surfmore talkmore or one plan...

after changed cannot change back to ivalue plan..

Huh...cannot be what. Unless Maxis dont have the ivalue simple plan already which I doubt because I'm using it myself. Maybe she still thinks you are on contract.

it was in pick pack for about a week...so many calls, so many chat with the customer service. finally they let me collect. now after collection, my track shipment button is gone. and i got email and sms almost immediately saying it has been delivered.

Same thing happen to me. They removed my Order in MOS right after I told them I need to cancel because I havent received my phone yet. Mind you and it was just right after I put down the phone with them. shakehead.gif

So do i need to call maxis to activate the nano sim or it will be automatic? Coz my current micro sim no more data already.

As mentioned previously, you need to call 123 to activate your new sim and your new plan will run concurrently.

Yes u need to call. My case is a bit funny. Called 123, system say cancel. End up @maxislistens just activated my sim. but contract still no news. rclxub.gif

If you have not gotten your phone mar accept lor, if not you can call 123 and ask them to cancel and don't send the phone.
