Pre-order done at 1am, 1st Nov for iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold. My MOS tracking now shows the device at 5pm is at pickpack stage.

Jst a summary of what i've learned about the MOS tracking these few days:

1. Phone reached Brightstar warehouse for processing = order has been place for dispatch
2. Done processing and ready for delivery = pickpack
3. Delivering is in process = delivery

After much complain, Maxis called just now telling that i will get my phone tomorrow (i've actually called Brightstar to make sure my phone is put into night truck bound for Penang before maxis call me). Can't wait to go Gdex tomorrow morning to collect it!

Well, call 2 different Brightstar customer service and both check my MOS and give same answer tat my phone is in GDex truck and the truck will depart late evening today.

Got the GDex tracking number and called GDex and they tell me got 8am and 10am truck arriving from kl tomorrow but not sure my phone will be in which truck and the delivery boy will depart n deliver by 10am so im going early tomorrow to self pick up.

brightstar still reachable now?

nope, not reachable now d as their customer service close at 6.30pm. I called around 5pm once then around 6pm another time to double confirm my phone is put into GDex truck.

I did see maxis + Switch today and they did have stock for 16GB grey.

Buthen tomorrow dunno still have bo haha

not sure in penang... but here in kl and selangor, most of the outlet got 16gb...

They gave me a case ID... It doesn't mean it is successfully cancel, right?
Not sure whether should I get one from Apple...
