nope, my shipment status in MOS still at pickpack stage but Brightstar told me that pickpack means they pack n load into GDex truck to send to Penang (for delivery address which is in penang la).

Nope, all BS personnel told me they close on sat and sun.

Should have request bro, but u must put some effort to request as their going off at 6.30pm while the loading into trucks sometimes might be 7pm
One of the maxis high ranking officer really did a good job for following my case. How i wish maxis has more staff like this officer and also PweetPuff (one of the forumer here)!!!

check if ur MOS status change is at pickpack now. if it is, u can be sure that u will get early next week.

what mean of "Order has been placed for dispatch" on 3.11pm ...just notice i can track my order already, but my sister one still can't track

For my case, the chat agent said will raise my case to the relevant department.
Wait for that dept to proceed on my request and usually will take 7-14 working days AGAIN...

He gave me a case ID as well in the end...

I dont know this might be good news for us who are waiting but i dont think it will be changed that fast. Maybe hold on till next year those planning to get 64 and 128gb. Serious issue though, probably massive recall if true.
