this developer have huge budget for this project, no need to wait loan disbursement to make progress. not good for investor though , any news on condo sales?

With regards to Surrounding projects:

Next to lake point is the dreaded supposedly low /affordable multi housing project which was abandoned over 6 years plus by Luxtar company. Heard they managed to resume back. Not sure this type of project will have an overall impact on market value to lake point itself. Not sure about the other land next to LPR opposite Roponggi. Maybe mixed development project. Not sure tho.

Is the Luxtar project resuming back? Hope they continue with high end residential.

No one will buy from them liao. Kena once tak cukup wanna kena again? They ll likely sell the land. They have no chamce..reputation is gone.

The work is resume,you can check my post at the symphony park luxstar but never trust themla..work like no standard one..

My concern is i'm the eclipse buyer and my unit facing this land,i hope their not doing abandone structured la.better abandon land than the abandon project.view sure like sh***.
