So far, discounts are
( early bird + 21 day signing spa )
- 5% + 2%
- 6% + 2%

The early discount varies from unit to unit

May get additional 1% extra from total if convert unit to Bumi Lot (for bumi)

Wonder any additional or special discounts available?

anyone can ask for higher discount. End of the day, what they can do is just increase selling price is offer you 30% discount.

It is a matter, are you a genuine buyer or just somebody that is putting a point less statement.

Sales have been good so why need year end sale?

Limited units available, price might be revised upwards next year for the balance unsold units.

I never trust agent. Their main concern is always how much can they get out of a deal. That's all.
