Yes... It's 22 x 45 build up.. And you have yard, wet kitchen, dry kitchen, bedroom, squeeze into 45, it's a little small, no?
No doubt nice facade, and quite wise price... Maintenance is 400 or 200? And who can confirm the facilities for DST?

price will not drop... will only slow and stagnant.. with all the boosting measure like MRT/LRT the major player... and tightening of mortgage slowing the market.. have been talking abt DDD since 2011, and yet, still rocket high.. like many ppl said, property in msia still cheaper compare to regional neighbor..
