good to see another project within the vicinity of cyberjaya as well as the mushrooming development adjacent to cyberjaya

The competition will be tough and challenging but one thing I realized is that , most if not all cyberjaya landed development are F&G or G&G. Secondly, most are these house prices are actually very close to the neighbour or adjacent development nowadays. Perhaps, still many people don't know about cyberjaya ....they only know puchong or dengkil. I think the property especially landed will be in decent demand in the future once more and more people know about this place.

By the way this project is not so far away from a huge Indah Water outfit. But the indah water has no smell so far.

i think its better to develop dengkil and cyber south area.. so that it will prosper south of KV...

my comment = by far the cheapest psf landed strata in entire cyber, best for invest and own stay because of decent build up...

nevertheless, there's 1 risk to take = new developer....

if i'm the yanjian group or Eastern Corridor staff or management level then i can answer u. my comment was given based on their price after they announced or launch

so for ur question, it's way much advisable for u to wait yourself and get it directly from the SA and ur turn to let us know your comment whether issit cheapest in CBJ

I am not saying dengkil is more well known. I am merely referring that many might know cyberjaya by name. There are people born and grew up in dengkil but jot cyberjaya...

A lot of people staying in puchong who never really go around cyberjaya and went through all these development ? You would be surprise many never been there before ....same with putrajaya. ....If not because of mahsing, UEM , paramount and setia, cyber jays will remains more unknown

That is also why I think the potential for cyberjaya on landed is good.

I chanced upon the showroom. As already mentioned here, psf is cheaper than others. Landed price also cheaper than new launches.

I think this lakePoint is a BBB project. Limited unit left, shd be loan reject unit

Sa said 80% booked/sold. So yeah, there are leftover units.
